Left side of my bumper guard seems starting to peel off.... I can actually lift up to 20 degree upward now :(
those doubleside tape seems not strong enough, maybe I parked my car under sunshine all the time?
Any idea how to fix it?

Use Hair Dryer to "gently" heat up the strip from the raised side to the side which is holding most. Replace tape with doublesided 3M tape.
Here is the part that makes or breaks it:
CLEAN THE AREA WITH PROPER CLEANING FLUID TO REMOVE ANY WAX
Great and enjoy your step... I have been throu a winter an major sun in summer with no issues. Hope this helps

well you're not supposed put it on until you 1) clean the bumper 2) get rid of wax or grease
I have one on my 3 and there's not any problems with it because I've done that before installation

my cx-7 is on #3, all dealer installed. They told me there is a template on exactly where to put it, and it was never done right. The Man, is that right?
If it comes up agian, I have 3M adhesive that will work just fine. I

My bumper protector was a port installed option. I bought the car last Saturday and it's already lifting up.
Other than that, the car is great!!

It's the black rubber guard that sits on the flat part of the bumper, just below the rear door. It's meant to prevent scratching of the surface.

I installed mine myself over a year ago and it is still stuck on there like day one.
Sounds like the dealer installs suck, I guess I'm glad I did it myself.

I installed the first one, body shop reinstalled it when the bumper got replaced. NEVER had a problem with it coming off. As long as ALL the dirt AND WAX is cleaned off the bumper it should stick for life..... or close to it.
BTW, if it was dealer or port installed, take that thing back and make them do it right under warranty.

Installed mine myself as well, and after a year in various weather conditions and a ton of power washes, it's still perfect :D

For those that installed these themselves, I assume the double sided tape is preinstalled on the bumper guard?
This is where the tape is lifting. The tape is still secured to the bumper.
