Chrome Door Handles for CX-7!!!!

Hey guys,

About 3 weeks ago I posted on here that I bought some Chrome Door handle covers from ebay to go on my new cx-7. Well they finally arrived and I've got them on with before and after pictures.

This is what you get right out of the package:

Out of the box they look great, Once you take the plastic wrap off they look really great!!, Everything is in Chinese, these came from Singapor, so thats were the 3 weeks in shipping went. There is a red strip on the back of each piece that is really heavy duty double stick tape, the hard part is peeling the backing off, you'll spend more time doing this then actually attaching the covers.

Here we have our Black CX-7, thats only the touring package, as you may or maynot know the grand touring package gets chrome door handles standard.

These look great in person, just like the factory ones.
I am more than happy with these handles, and the total cost plus shipping was only $30.00, that's like $7.50 a door!!

They do look like thr ones on my CX. How deep is the chrome plating?

I used that guy before, had alot of problems with him. So did alot of other people ***BECAREFUL***

I don't really know about the depth, I think it's just plastic that's been dipped or painted, I'm pretty sure it's the same process that the Emblems and our Mazda CX-7 Badges get

As for the reliability of the seller, personally this is the 2nd purchase I have made from him, (1st was RX-8 Chrome Handles) other than shipping time all was great.

I hate to tell you that if these are plastic they will crack and start showing pretty quickly. I had some plastic ones on my F150 and they started to show wear and cracks within 6 months. The only ones that I have found to last were made of metal. Good Luck...
