anyone use thishttp://www.magnaflow.com/02product/shopexd.asp?zone=main&id=767 muffler? What does it sound like... is it much louder than stock? or any magnaflow thanks

i think that is the one i have, but its tucked under the car and you can only see the tip of it. but any magnaflow muffler will give you a nice deep roar a little louder than stock, also depending on what you have done to the car.

I've got a magnaflow and love it. It's not that model though. Mine has a nice deep growl to it. It's not all that loud(at least compared to a cheap rice exhaust that sound like a bad weed whacker) But it has a great sound and it made a noticable improvement in hp.

Sorry, I've got an exhaust leak at my manifold so that's pretty much all you can hear right now.

Yea i've heard Mickey's exhaust, it def has a nice deep sound to it. I just can't stand the guy's who throw a muffler on there ride, and it sounds like a popcorn maker, or a bumble be trapped in a funnel. LOL

haha thanks guys... i will defenatly go with magnaflow... i can get that muffler up to work (can. tire) for like $130... and a buddy of mine works at a exhaust shop, and can get a full ssytem bent for me & installed for about $170... cant wait!! (glare) (first)

same muffler i have with a 3" full turbo back (catless) like stated above, nice deep sound! mine gets loud at about 5k but if u keep ur cats that will be reduced!!

i'm not sure if i'm going to remove the cats or not... did you see much difference (power wise)?... and i have to say... thats one beautiful protege joka1!!

there is no power difference with or without cats. even if you want to argue the point get a hi-flow cat.
