View Full Version : Did Mazda copy BMW's wheels?

I saw something interesting this morning on my way to work. An e46 325i passed me with these wheels on and I thought they look a lot like the CX-7 and new Mazda3 wheels:

hey spike blue! i noticed your avatar and thought it was Joe D'agustinos champ car atlantic car!!!! My boss (ed wachs and Paul newman) own a champ car running the turbo 2.3 mazda engine and joe is from your area.. wow small world.

many wheels use that same exact design. why couldn't mazda just use the concept wheels?
