I have heard of some peole doing this. I would like to know what all he does in this deal. I am interested in possibly doing this as my next mod. I was mainly wanting to know how long it takes(like what kind of down time I should expect) and also if there is a way or place that can get a custom map for my unichip if I add this. I currently have an injen intake,GHL tb exhaust, and unichip(10 psi).

Basically you get a new higher flowing cartridge installed on your Turbo...

have it done, and retune your unichip with JDMSam. Because if I had to bet, doing this without having ECU tuned for this turbo, it won't run the way you want it to. This turbo feels completely diff. from the stock one.
(I'm running it now and you can tell MORE power is there and ready to go, but the ECU dumps too much fuel, clutch isnt strong enough (at least anymore) and just isnt supporting this turbo very well at all) Also at about 5,000RPM or so it's like a Gob of Vtec comes in and the exhaust gets much louder..hehe So unlike the stock turbo set-up, there is hell a topend power.
My CEL just came on Friday after a few months of the turbo being on, I'm interested to see what the CEL is. I'm thinking it's either something stupid, or something major.

What he actually does is a complete rebuild of your turbo... mills out the compressor housing and slaps a gt28rs comp wheel in it. Ports and polishes the s pipe and exhaust manifold.. I think it took around 2 weeks because of the shipping and he actually has it for a week. I personally love it. Right now I am running intake, fmic, catless apex dp and exhaust, forged internals, and the unichip at 12 pounds w/ my greddy boost controller and it is awesome. No custom map yet though.

He also does some port/polish on the turbo itself as well as cermaic coating everything. Heck he even ceramic coated my nuts :) heehee.

He does work to the hot side of the turbo by porting and polishing it a bit. I assume this is to match the larger opening of the ported/polised exhaust manifold.
Nicky's work yet again.

Randy,
Why not just put at the start of a picture link, and at the end of the link? That way, the pictures would show.

Because they are HUGE!
This way I don't have to resize and only those who want to see them will see them.
