Jandree22 how long have you been waiting??? I've just became a member but have been snooping around these forums for a while now, and it seems like you've been waiting forever!

Hey all, just got back from Key West last night. It was nice, if you're into the evacuation thing! It's okay, we ended up spending two days in Mickeytown and came back down for the last few days. Put 3k miles on the rental PT Cruiser in a week, I love it (lol2)

I was gonna call the dealership the Friday before I left, but I forgot. I'm gonna call Tuesday to get a date update. Should be somewhere in the middle of September for delivery. But hell, I'm always up for a BBQ and brew! hellz yah! lol

drburgos, the sig doesn't lie my friend, since May 25th I've been waiting. simply unbearable! rest assured, once I get the switchblade key in my pocket, I'll post oodles and oodles of pics ;)

Okay peoples, it's official. Mark your calendars for the first week in October!

I'm numb to it by now, really. 3 more weeks seems so insignificant compared to what I've already waited. Oh well, at least now I have a date.

Sure I'll raise a beer to Jandree...when he finally gets it, and I'll eat a Hershey chocolate bar in his honour as well.
What kind of beer will it be .. hmmmm .. Alexander Keiths, Labatt Honey brown or Rickards Red ( all with 5% alcohol or better ).
Maybe even a Canadian or Labatt's Blue !!
Let us know Jandree !!

One step closer to 5 ownership. Just sold my Sunfire privately this morning. Stealership will probably be kinda pissed since they won't be able to cash in on it anymore, as they expected, but oh well for them.

Now the catch is the wife and I have to share her Solara till my 5 comes in eleventy-billion days from now.

It is an '07 and they usually aren't available till late September/October so that's about right!! It's hard to wait I know! You will be one of the first to get the 07's anyway. I am still trying to sell my RX 8 and I still don't know if my hubby wants the CX 7 or 5....both great vehicles.

The wait for the 5 isn't that bad, except I'm insanely jealous when I see one driving on the road. Just after I got the title outa the bank this morning, a Whitewater 5 drove past. Sigh... soon Joel, soon. :)

I didn't understand how good the CX-7 looks until, like the 5, I truly understood the size of it when sitting on a showroom floor. Nice, compact, and low the the ground. They're especially muscular/sexy looking from the front.

The CX-7 looks better and has a better powertrain, the 5 has gobs more versatility. Either one is a winner in my book.

Well, considering I just moved out of the parents house last year and into 2nd floor apartment, that'll be tough... Maybe I could wheel out the parents BBQ to their driveway and accomplish the task there?? lol :p
