hey guys, just curiosu if you guys have any insite on this here.
Ever since I ran the car hard this one time, i'm having acceleration problems. by that i mean during 3000-4000 rpm and around 2psi, my car starts stuttering and the whole car jerks back and forth like a wild bull. If i go slow and let it accelerate past the 3000-4000rpm mark and then give it full throttle, it'll bog around 4psi.
I already checked/changed the vaccuum hoses and the T's.
Any ideas before i bring it to Mazda?

What mods are you running? Maybe you have a broken/loose intercooler piping. If its the stock pipes then it could have broken somewhere causing it to leak.

My engine mods are AEM CAI, modified stock ic pipe for the BOV, ACT Clutch and Fidanza Flywheel, custom exhaust.
Forgot to mention i changed my plugs as well and still same thing.

Ok, what kind of BOV are you using? running bov to atmosphere could be causing you to have some issues if its not set right. Another question is under boost are you holding boost or is it not holding at all? It seems to me like you have some kind of leak somewhere. I would just check all your couplings, on the intercooler piping and on the intake. Also make sure that your MAF on the intake isnt backwards. Ive seen this done a few times where the MAF would be put on backwards causing horrible acceleration and bogging down.
If you still cant find it then maybe you should goto advanced auto or some autoparts store and see if you can buy/rent a vaccum pump, just to check and see if thats the issue.

its an HKS BOV and I had it in there for the longest time and no problems.
I can hold it at 1psi or 2 steady but seems like at wot and as boost is going up quick it starts the stuttering. MAF is fine haven't removed it or anythign since the cai install.
I asked my buddy and he said might be the turbo.
