Alright ladies gents:

How about we put a face to the name!!!

As you all know, networking is the key to success.

I'll start, as you all know my Avatar name is Z_Monzter. My name is Javier (26) and I am in the Military (http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e377/Z_Monzter/icon34.gif Army, Hooah).

Here is a pic of me:

"And I say this with an unblemished record of staunch heterosexuality... It's fabulous."

Man those flowers are huge, pretty cool. Are you Boricua like me???

You know there is a Thread Called...

"Member Picture Thread"

It's from like 2002...

No, and I dont care. You know why. Cause there is a reason why I posted this thread in the CX-7 folder. I want to see the faces of the people that I chat with in this folder, not the face of every Mazda owner in the United States.

But thanks for letting me know!!!

:) That thread is sooo old. People are getting social security that started that thread!

Exactly, NUF Said!!!

By the was nice photo!

Girl, I'll tell ya, you are one pretty Lady and your husband is a lucky man. I hope that when wife turns 41 she looks as radiantly pretty as you do.

And don't get rid off you husband for being old, remember people like classic cars too!!! j/k

My wife Maritza is 31, even though she looks younger than me.
We have three kids. The lovley twins are my stepdaughters ( I raised them as my own) they are 14 and our son is 6.

We want to see our own CX 7 enthusiasts....what does he care!? Here's a pic of my car but won't be able to have it side by side with a new CX 7...since I am trading her in for one soon.

Nope ~ More like G-Papi as of Grand-Papi.
The birds get the sunflower seeds before I do. I did salvage one flower head for next year (and eating).

Not Boricua; more a racial and ethnic Brunswick Stew (dunno) (sounds better than fruit cocktail)

Well Brian, my common sence tells me that if the thread is in the my CX-7.com folder, it must be for CX-7 people. However if you want to be part of our click, go right ahead and post who you are and post some pictures of yourself. There's a couple of people here that doesn't own a CX-7 but are regulars in the forum.
Ahh, and don't forget to post some pics of your ride too, I see that you have upgraded to a Garrett Turbo, is that right?
What's your 1/4 time???

Thanks cruzdreamer. Hey do me a favor and send me your RX-8 seats in the mail before you do the trade-in, j/k. I like them a lot, specially cause they are read.

So, what trim and color are you thinking to get???

My advise, if you are planning to keep it for a long time (like we are) go big and don't let them B.S. you. If you go to my Galaxy Gray Mica thread, at the very top, I listed what I got and how I got mine for $300 under invoice.

I don't let them. Had the 3 yr old while my son was in Iraq on his 2nd deployment. (He's military like you, only a Sgt. in the Corps). Now he's stationed at Quantico, and living in Fredericksburg, VA. That's close enough that I can see them regularly, but far enough away to keep them out of my hair - oops - what hair????

He usually comes on weekends, wanting to trade off his Tribute for the CX - so he can roll thgrough the old neighborhoods in style.

I am hoping to get the Electric blue.... preferably GT with sand leather....no tech pkg, though I'd love it. I am not sure what I will end up with as I really did not want to spend a ton of $$ this time around as the real estate market is up and down(hubby is a broker/manager). I am waiting for an investment property to sell so we have a little extra cash...hopefully it sells asap...I am more than ready. I already negotiated with one dealer...$250 below invoice. He saw my for sale sign on my car while it was being serviced and seeked me out.....I told him I would have to get invoice or better and that I am talking with another dealer. So, he came back with that figure....now I can go back to this other dealer and see if he can beat it or give me more for my trade.

Congrats on the CX-7. Wow, Michael Jordan, that’s pretty cool. Did you know, his brother is a Command Sergeant Major in the US Army, out of Fort Bragg, NC. He’s been in the service for like 30 yrs and loves his troops. I haven’t met him in person, but one of my soldiers used to be his driver. He said that he is crazy as hell and he had to take him to the airport to pick Jordan up a couple of times.

Cool, I used to live in Ft. Belvoir VA, which is like 30 mins further up in I-95 from Quantico. I bought a house and move to MD. I work in DC. I am getting out of the Army next year, and if I do, I want to go back to VA cause we don’t like were we live. All though is quiet, is far from everything and the people are A+ @..holes.

I am not that far in rank from your son, I am a Staff Sergeant (E-6).

Nice color choice. I like it cause is a sporty color. The sand leather is cool, and that’s what my wife wanted originally, but in the GT it comes with that suede black stripe and we didn’t like that. It would have been cool if the suede was sand color as well. Think about the technology pkg., I think is awesome, I guarantee you is worth the extra $$$. Just think that is all included in the payment.(glare)

Finally getting around to a photo introduction... I'm Joe, and this is my wife Barb & I while recently on the top of St. Mary's belltower while in Cambridge, UK. We were both born on the same day almost 47 years ago.

http://img168.imageshack.us/img168/1084/belltowerphoto2astandardemailviewdb9.th.jpg (http://img168.imageshack.us/my.php?image=belltowerphoto2astandardemailviewdb9. jpg)

This is the 93 Bronco in the final hours before we traded for our new CX-7. Believe it or not, the wheelbase on the Bronco is identical to the CX-7 at 108 inches! I can still remember a quote from Consumer Reports on the 93-94 Bronco - "It has all the aerodynamics of a billboard on wheels." It was a great ride in its day, but 14 years ago, average highway travel speeds were NOT the 75-80 mph that they are today; the Bronco was not designed to be stable or safe at those travel speeds. But it did have a "fun-to-drive" personality - JUST ASK OJ !!!

http://img49.imageshack.us/img49/5293/broncolastride1standardemailviewad2.th.jpg (http://img49.imageshack.us/my.php?image=broncolastride1standardemailviewad2.j pg)

Here is the new CX-7 only hours old, as we headed out on the interstate for a weekend water-skiing with some friends who have a boat on Lake Erie. The fun was ON AND OFF the water! We'll be off on a real road trip to South Carolina next week... I expect to log about 2000 miles. I LOVE the Centerpoint, but I need to get some more discs burnt this weekend. We love our new Mazda - ZOOM - ZOOM !

Hello all...

I am Shawnda, I am almost 30 (yuck), in the Air Force and the proud new owner of a Black CX-7 GT which I call "Black Beauty".

My hubby gets kind jealous because my 7 is so fly. I love it!!! His truck is not half as cool as the 7. I love to (poke) mess with him about it.

This is my first Mazda and my first BRAND NEW car ever!!! So, I hope that it does not disappoint. Right now, I have no complaints though. Except for the fact that I am not in the states right now to drive her. I can't wait to get back to the states so I can drive my 7.

This is me trying to channel those models who prance around at car shows, but I don't quite manage to pull it off. Oh well. (The pic is from my senior ball - I don't actually put on evening gowns just to pose with my car :p)

I still have to get pictures of the wife's new CX-7 but here's a picture of my wife and me at our wedding. 2 years old already (time flies) but we still look pretty much like that. LOL on a side note, I am 6'8" and she is 4'11". The bottom picture is about 3 years old (holy crap look how long my hair was). Since we got married we don't take nearly as many pictures. Oh we are both 25 now, almost 26.
