Looking for the part number and price for a shifter boot (MTX) for a manual transmisson 2000 Protege (grey).

And also how much for the "o-ring" that is inbetween the muffer and pre-silencer, and the bolts that connect the muffler to the pre-silencer. I had mine cut when I installed my new muffer, so I would need to get the broken ones welded out and install new ones to put my stock muffler back on. I'm not sure if there is a part number for the bolts, because they come attached to muffler, but I know there is a part number for the nuts. Hope this isn't to confusing. Thanks.
