Transfering Sirius Subscription To A New Hu?

Is It Possible For Me To Transfer My Sirius To A New Headunit? I'm Looking At Upgrading To A Kenwood Ddx-7017 Or 8017... And I Don't Want To Lose My Sirius Or Have To Re-up. The Subscription Was A Gift From Someone I Have Lost Contact With And I Don't Have Any Of Their Info And I Still Have 11 Months On The Subscription Too!

If the account has their name on it your are SOL, they have to be the ones to change it. But if you do get in contact with your friend sirius will transfer from one tuner to another.
