well considering the cars aren't out yet.... and the fact that no one actually knows if its a good piece or not..... i would say you'll prolly be waiting a while. And buying from the dealer will prolly be really expensive.

its the similer one to the RX8/MSP. It worked well on my protege. This will be going in my Speed6.

Actually the one for the MS is 615.00 and it isn't even an LSD, so figure 1.5 times that(at least) for the LSD.

it won't bolt in.... the A26M-R is way different from the G35M-R... its probably the same tranny as that getrag that was used in the svt focus... 3 shafts instead of 2 which makes for 2 different final drives

you have a better chance of adapting the MSP's LSD into the G35M-R as it is also a G tranny which basically has the same design

mazdaspeed 3/6 tranny is all NEW and they are exactly the same.

the ms6 tranny is not a getrag, focus does not have triple cone syncros. This tranny is a all new design by mazda and shared with the ms3.

you don't suppose the fact that the ms6 and the ms3 are all wheel versus front wheel drive will affect fitment of said differential? just posing a question.

-you have a normal mazda3 and want to put that shit in

how suppose are you going to cram a front LSD into the A26MX-R (ms6 tranny) when the front differential is ALSO the transfer case? it's NOT your traditional 4x4 shit where you have a transfer case bolted onto the outside of the tranny and have a dedicated driveshaft/differential for the front wheels and for the rear wheels

I am going to make this short an as sweet as possible.

I always want my threads to open peoples questions and opinions without the need of other forum members to start down a path of calling each other out.

1-If there is need to correct somebody for a flawed statement please do it in such a way that you would want yourself to be corrected.

2-If you are not 100% on your information do not post, unless you announce that you may be talking out your ass about something.

3-The primary person to answer a question should be me unless you can follow #2. If you cannot the your input is not needed. Remember people when we answer a persons question we are giving that forum member advice in which way he is planning to spend his money on his next modification, upgrade or repair. So if you are not 100% on the answer then do not answer.


This is not to piss any body off. This is to tell you that this is unacceptable on my section of this forum. If you find somebody you don't agree with or have an issue with you have 2 choices, 1- PM me with the issue and I will take care of it or, 2- ignore it, sometimes a non comment is more powerful than getting dragged into a pissing match.
