I thought that the original wheels are 18x7.5... I am looking to get snow tires/wheels for mine. Can you please tell me what is the offset of those wheels and also for the OEM wheels? Thanks.

That is correct.

My after market ones are +42 I think, 18x7.5. No rubbing at all.

Pretty much....but you have to factor in Rim width and tire width then too.

looks good the only thing i would like to see on those wheels is the lip being polished as well. i love white cars with dark colored wheels.

Thanks. I didn't want the polished lip, I like the dark as possible look on the wheels. Plus, the lip tends to show scratches, and I don't think the black lip will :)
