Light cover thing? [Archive]

Hey guys, I'm most likely getting an '03 Mazda 6 sometime soon and noticed that most lights aren't like these: http://www.fmvperformance.com/downloads/personal/mz6_front_corner.JPG Does anyone know what that addition is called instead of my technical term of "light cover thing?" Thanks in advance. :)(alright)

I believe it's called an eyelid. It's usually an aftermarket item, that's why you didn't see it on a lot of cars.

Yes they are eyelids. I really want to get some carbon fiber ones. I'm just not sure if they have them for the speed6 yet, or if the regular 6 ones will fit.

the regular 6's lights are exactly the same with the exception of some being clear housing and the others black like on the speed so i don't see why they wouldn't fit...:)
