Anyone see this? Pretty damn impressive! Dude took an '02 and completely converted it into an MSP. I've seen some imitators in the past.. this is the real deal. Even the seats and integrated antenea were intalled! craziness... Though it's a salvage title (the thing that obviously kills the price) he 'seems' like an honest guy so... for anyone in Cali who's in the market for a car... you'd be a fool not to at least consider this. I mean... 10k miles on a MSP for $8900?!! I'm not even in the market for a car but if I lived out there... hell, I'd be tempted to buy it. Not sure what I'd do with it but... would be tough to pass up.

my bad... the antenea's still there... or at least, it seems to be. But hey, it's got a sunroof! that's pretty cool.... I looked into having one installed on mine and was quoted $1100
doesn't have the rear lip on the bumper, doesn't look like. But still pretty impressive, i guess, and a cheap price.

Hmm... tough to tell since it's black but you may be right. definitely doesn't appear to be as low in the back as it is in the front. that's sort've a strange thing to forget about doing... so it would surprise me if that's true. I mean, he even put the worthless kenwood pos in! (sorry, no offense to anyone who still has that thing but... I just couldn't take it's schizo personality)

nah man... look again. he converted an 02. At first I thought he may have messed up with the year or something but one of the pics shows the sidemounted antenae so... yeah, it's definitely a conversion. a freakin sweet one at that.

I wouldn't dare bid on that car without first seeing it and talking to the owner. I mean there are certain things you dont do online. Bidding on a car with previous front-end damge that rendered the car a total loss is one of them.
My neighbor is a body guy, and not just any body, think the superman of body guys, lol seriously though he's a beast. He started in his teens and hes almost 40 now. And that all he did for his first 5 years of body work, cutting totaled front clips off and replacing them. He still does it today. What I'm getting at is that there is an art to this. Anyone can weld one half of a car to another but will the suspension geometry be as good, will it track straight without serious cuonter-measures. It's just a lot to think about. I would definatly have to take someone more knowledgable than I to look at it with me.
Unless you can touch it, I'd stray.

definitely good points... I mentioned it was salvage in my original post. naturally I'd never buy ANY car without seeing it first... and geting it inspected, etc. I merely said... for anyone in that area, it's definitely worth looking into.
