Our 5 beeps at us when removing the key

It's happened twice now. Turn the car off, remove the key and the car starts beeping at us. The FOB won't lock the car. Insert the key start the car and then turn it off, and it's fine.

We had to have our FOB's reprogrammed because the car only had one key (we bought a used one) and we had to buy another key.

Any ideas anyone?

That's happened to me as well, what I've found is that the key wasn't all the way in the off position when I removed the key. If I put the key in and make sure that it's "clicked" into place and remove it again, it's fine. I usually don't start the car again. Now I just make sure that it's turned all the way before I remove it.

I saw that and printed out the TSB. Next time it goes in for an oil change, I'll show them the TSB and see I can get them to make the fix.
