I always loved the design and construction of the B&M, but always wanted the height of the Kartboy. Thanks to the $50 shifter from Apex, and a friend with a TIG welder who normally does military aircraft parts, I now have both.
Blue background pic was taken today. The cement background pic is old, but atleast you can compare the height, throw, etc. of all of them. Enjoy.

the only pro i can see is having a lowered shift knob. i have the ebay "JDM" shifter, and it can be very hard to shift since it has the shortest throw. i can't imaging what that thing is like trying to shift.

With my Corbeau A4, I sit about 3" lower than OEM, so it is a nice fit for me (5'8"). Throw is really short, like 3-4" from 1st to 2nd. Very precise shift mechanism too.

Coming soon. I just ordered the SR shift boot. Will post on this thread when I install it.

I find it easy to shift. Personal preference, I guess.

It'll be a little harder once it gets cold out. But that just means a better work out.:)
