next mod

i currently have a full 3inch exhaust, cai, hard pipes, fmic, boost control and bov. what will be the mod that will give me the most hp. i was thinking unichip. also how much hp do u think im putting down?

well...if you are intending on keeping the stock turbo and not building the motor i would suggest buying a dsm afc to tune the afr. My guess is that you are putting down somewhere around 180 if your at stock boost or more i could be off. If your at 10psi than your over 200hp but, with a dsm afc you will be safer.

im running 8psi. so how much hp will the unichip give my if i get a good tune.

i would also consider a intake manifold swap from a 626. gave me 25-26 whp

The ProtegeGarage manifold is just that and we are accualy running a deal right now for $50 off the list price and it bolts on - the fact you will have a CEL without the EGR pipe and the gaskets needed to be purchased at a dealer.

you need a new intake mani gasket - like 19.00 or so at the dealer, and TB gasket, i got mine at Checker Auto parts for like 4-5 dollars. Ken @ protegegarage should sell the egr return pipe w/ the mani for xtra. No cel w/ the swap. Got it done and love it.
