does anyone have a how-to for installing a double din dvd player in the dash of an msp? i know ive seen it done on cardomain but i cant find it anymore and all the dash kits i can find have cd pockets.

what do you need a how-to or a dash kit for? Just take out the radio and the pocket, and unscrew the 2 screws that holds the bar that separates the radio and pocket, pullout the tabs for the cage/sleeve, take out cage. put in double din cage, push tabs in, hook up harness etc, and you're done! oh and depending on which model it is, you have to ground the dvd player to the e-brake, or find a workaround if you want to (illegally) be able to watch videos while not parked

grounding to the ebrake allows you to watch dvds while driving?

no, the dvd player wont work unless you are grounded to the ebrake, so that the dvd players knows whether you are parked or not. depends on what model you get, u can work around it. it'll be in the installation manual
