custom made suede e-brake boot for teh protege, i had 2 made just in case i messed one up installing it, but didn't need it in the end, one of 2 ever made that i know of

suede is VERY smooth and easy to install, red doube line stiching

it just slides over the handle and it stay on unless you pull it out
