dude around here charges $25-100 per wheel depending on damage.
It's really not rocket science in what he does.
Uses a dremel to cut down the peaks, applied some quick curing 3m body filler in the valleys, sand, primer and color match the paint and apply with air brush.

i so have been wanting to try and fix some marks on my rims as you stated above......maybe i will try this sometime soon!
