Update 12/06: Now with STi front splitters
it was a pretty straightforward install. the hardest part was taking a drill and dremel to a perfectly good bumper. since they're designed for the wider sedan front bumper, i had to redrill 2 mounting holes, but i love they way it looks.

Had a big delivery today.
For my 05 Aspen White WRX wagon:

I'm just waiting for my McGard lug nuts to come.

very nice. anything for under the hood?
That's going to be a nice color combo! I got my tires mail-order as well. I tried to give a local shop the business, but nobody could price match my cost.

very nice wheel/tire combo. I really wanted a set of those eagles, but I missed it before the cash card went out of effect. I still might break down and get them though... still a pretty good deal. Make sure to post pics ASAP when you get them on :D

i've always loved the white/bronze look, so i hope this turns out well.

Ha! I wish. I probably won't be able to get it done until the middle of next week. I've got to call my uncle's shop to see if he's got the time. I'd love to throw the wheels/tires on, but can't stand the look of rims at stock height. The motivator is my wife since she doesn't want wheels and springs sitting in the dining room for too long and the tires are taking up what little space we have left in the garage. I'll be obliged to fulfill her request asap. Now I have to figure out what to do with the stockers.

Snow tires!
I'd totally do that if we didn't live in socal. Although it would come in handy the 1 time of year we go up to the Big Bear in the winter.

First off - congrats! Car rides are the only thing that can knock my two little one's out (it's all about "conditioning") exibit a:
http://www.msprotege.com/members/Bala%20de%20Plata/pcpix%20063m.jpg
Yes a new ride opened, but consider the park sold. The real estate is too valuable now. The rides will be boxed up and moved north (I'm sure of the preceding but don't know the specifics of the move) - in it's place will be new homes and a "city walk" type venue.
Thanks! - Yes, MSP wheels ... the new PIAA 18's sitting in my garage will be mounted up with a BBK this month :)

thanks. she's starting to sleep longer at nights so that's a good thing. i'd totally do the car thing at night, but we do so many trips to sd on the weekends, that every time we drive down, she sleeps in the car and all day, and by night time her schedule is all borked and she keeps us up all night.
damn, where are the rx-8 wheels going? those would look nice on our 5. what kind of piaa wheels do you have? is the discount tire over by in-n-out a decent place to have my wheels mounted? too many questions.
it looks like your conditioning your kid to be a car junkie. congrats to you, too! 1 is a handful, i don't know how you're handling two!
PIAA Sport Mesh in hyper silver with a polished lip are going on the P5. I was so impressed with the hyper black wheels I picked up for my MSP (seen here), I picked up another wheel/tire package from Edge Racing.
*Edit - throw up some more shots of the Rex when you have a chance (2thumbs)

thanks. the color is pretty cool. in that picture it looks super dark, but in direct light, it's a shiny bronze. the shop forgot to put my mcgard lugs on and my socket is too big to fit, so i have to go back in the morning for them to switch out the lugs.
