Does anyone know what the impedance of the factory bose speakers are?

Bose speakers are 2ohm speakers.
So if you hook them up to any after-market deck directly without going through the BOSE amp chances are good you will fry your deck. You can hook them up straight to an aftermarket amp as long as it is 2ohm stable.
What are you trying to do with the BOSE speakers?

I've seen bose that are 1 ohm, 2 ohm or 4 ohm. I want to use them with aftermarket amps, but didn't want to get into it to find out they are 1 ohm and have it all torn apart, and not be able to use my amps. That's why I was wondering if anyone had actually done one.

got ya. To the best of my knowledge, the BOSE system in the Mazda 6 uses 2 ohm speakers.
