From what I can see is that You will need the following bolts
997961465 MSRP-4.60ea Website-3.68ea (need 5)
997960835 MSRP-2.25 Website- 1.80 (need 1)
997961045 MSRP-3.45ea Website- 2.76ea (need 2)

I have attached the picture and underlined the bolts I feel you need. Make sure I haven't missed anything.
