Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights (Up and Down), not auto leveling. I have the xenon Fusion bulbs. The passenger side is higher than the drivers side.

it's supposed to be this way
take a pic of your lights shining on a wall and we can tell you if it's really a problem

It's supposed to be that way? Why?

technical term: asymetric beam pattern
layman terms: it's not a "blob" of light that's the same all around

In the US, the driver's side light is lower as to not blind oncoming traffic. All cars are like this.

The driver side is aimed away from oncomers, and the passenger side away from side view mirrors of vehicles being passed.

Wow, I never knew that, I though my weight was making the driver side's lights lower.
