FS: SR Cam gears w/ valve cover

A lot of you asked me about this paticular part during my 'virtual garage sale' thread. I've decided I am going to sell now.

$400 shipped is what I'm looking to get for the set. This price includes 2 brand new SR Motorsports (Indigo) adjustable cam gears and a factory valve cover that I cut to expose the gears (for adjustment). Cam sensor bung still remains. I started to polish the exposed part of the cover (exposed if you have the factory or DG cover). It could use a little finish polish work for a deeper shine.

As you can see, this valve cover has the treaded rods which uses an engine cover (I no longer have my OEM one).

If I were to sell the gears alone I wouldn't reduce the price much. They retail at $440 plus shipping.

You'll need a cut valve cover to adjust them anyway.

The cam gears are separated from the rest of the valvetrain under the valve cover and don't receive any oil - If you don't make a "cut-out", you'll have to remove the valve cover each time an adjustment is made (while tuning), or deal with an oil bath.

I have a valve cover that doesn’t need any additional work (which is necessary for the gears) which is worth more than $40.

This would still be cheaper..... not everyone has the ability to cut the cover how this is done either.
