Halos all around!

:EDIT: If anyone can tell me how to get my canon Power Shot to take decent night pictures PLEASE post... once i get new batteries i'll play around with it...
Yes I know this is a terrible shot, best I can do till I figure this camera out!

Ok.. someone.. who has a newer Canon (Power Shot A520 is what I have)... needs to explain how the hell i take night pictures.... They all came out terrible! And the battery died so I didn't have time to try a bunch of settings....

I'm posting the ONLY pick that you can tell its even a car =) Horrid shot for the halos... once i figure camera out i'm sure I can get better..

I used the how-to's on this forum ... or the other forum... can't remember where i'll find links if someone wants.... to install mine... so no need for me to write one.. however I am more than happy to answer questions or give advice to someone doing the same thing...

I'm gonna play with my camera like right now I think.. and try to find night picture mode... =)
