Porting stock intake manifold

So I've got my hands an a p5 intake manifold with the vcis and vtcs removed. However, I believe the stock IM is restrictive still, even with those gone, so my question is, has anyone ported theirs? Any thoughts/ideas would be very welcome.

haha I was personally very proud of it, though I suspect it was brought on by the copious amounts of cheese I had consumed that very night. The cheese that haunts me today! Curse my lactose intolerance!!!
