does the stock exhaust use spring bolts between the j pipe and the midpipe like the CS one does?
if not what do you use between stock J and CS mid?
i have a leak there and it could be the gasket or the alignment of the exhaust but it seems like those springbolts are doing nothing to keep it tight.

I'm using regular bolts from the corksport J pipe to a custom midd pipe. The spring bolts wouldn't line up the exhaust right and I'd get a lak so after a few days I changed to the bolts and a lock washer.

I am using the spring bolts between the CS j-pipe and the MAM midpipe. I guess you can do whatever works for you since orng1 seems to be doing fine without them.

I used the spring bolts but they would allow too much movement and I would end up with the exhaust rattling against the heat sheilds, so when I upgraded to the AWR motor mounts, I went with regular bolts with lock washers, have not had to touch them since - 10,000 miles.
