it says that the drag coefficient is 0.350 for the mazda 06.
this seems a lot to me.
probably around 0.31 maybe 0.32
anybody has numbers?
do you have the source?

Can't seem to find a published number for Cd on the speed 6. As I recall, it's ~0.32 for the MSP, which is good, but not great. I would've thought the 6 wouldn't be worse. Also, it looks like they are quoting the frontal projected area as 2.15 sq. meters (~23 sq. ft.) ... seems too high ... data seems suspect.
0.384 for an STI seems too high as well. I believe trucks and SUVs to be around that number.

where i got it from, the magazine is from latvia apparently, so even if i knew the name it wouldn't do a lot of good for all but a select few

Speed6 is TERRIBLE for wind drag.... Roll your front 2 windows down and drive around town for a bit.... Has to be the worst aspect of this car...
Everyone i've taken for a drive in my speed says the same thing... windows rolled down = terrible.... I like wind in my face and freeway speeds are difficult to deal with at times... Considering my civic had the windows down every second I was driving it.... Goes to show the speed6 def has some aerodynamic issues....
agreed....but i still love it
