Any idea why the fan motor would only work sometimes?

Half the time it won't work at all and the other half it works absolutely fine.
No noises or anything.

What should I check? I'm assuming the motor is okay since when it works it works. Same with the fuse. Although I did check the fuse and it looked fine.

So it's got to be wiring or maybe the switch, although the switch seems to work fine when it works.

Any ideas on where to start? Don't want my wife to go through a St. Louis summer without the fans blowing a/c.

I had this happen to me 2 years ago. They replaced the whole blower motor. And now my ac light flickers on and off in every mode so I am replacing the HVAC controls.

IIRC there is a TSB on it. Here's TheMAN's FAQ page for TSB's, I believe there's one down there for it. I have the same issue with my controls. I get an intermitten flicker on position 2 but I haven't taken it anywhere yet.....too lazy, I just turn it up one.:D

That page seems to be dead. Do you happen to know the TSB number?

Thanks for the info!
