just curious.... can/should i run the bc condensor and the single grounding wire simultaneously... would doing such create a problem in the current?

what "single ground wire"? The TB ground? If it's that, the BCC has 3 ground wires and one of them can grounded to the TB. The single ground to the TB is a mod while you wait for the BCC in the mail :)
The TB mod alone proves no gain in HP. Recent dyno from another member:
