More CF goodness...or..CF hood installed!!!!!

Picked up the Carbon Fiber hood PSU had for sale yesterday afternoon. Was too tired, after spending the day installing a STi V7 JDM suspension on his 02 WRX, so I left the hood at my friends house and went by this morn to do the install...
The hood was used but very good quality couple of minor surface scratches that should buff right out...
Had to do slight modifying to the openings for the washer nozzles and the holes for the grill bolts and it was a perfect fit.....I will be getting new bolts tomorrow as the ones that were on the hood were not of a good grade and unfortunately they are of a diff size than the stock ones so I cant reuse those.
Am thinking of having the sides TGM to match the car and give it a more custom and intergrated look. Havent fully made up my mind on that yet...
I know everyone wants to see the end result so enough with the typing and on to the pics.....

I'm just not sure yet. It defiantly looks better on the gray than any other colors I have seen. My hood is damaged and a CF replacement would be cheaper than repair of the one i have. Still i am not sure if i would miss the clean look. Can't wait to see yours with the CF grill, that’s the deciding factor for me. Notice and extra attention around town?

Thanks for the compliment guys....The hood will be painted body color on the sides to give it a more custom look.... I purchased the hood used from a forum member on that "other" Mazda3 forum so Im not sure as to the mfg......

The only one I've ever found was for the hatch on E-Bay, but I can't seem to find the sale now... If anyone has places to buy these hoods for the 4 and 5 door they should help us out!

Yes full Cf and clearcoated as well... The construction is awsome on this hood....

Was drilling the CF hood for hoodlocks. Then drilled the radiator support. Since its right above the HID lights I was trying to be careful and feel to make sure I didnt go to far w/the drill...Hit the drill trigger a bit quick b4 pulling finger away and it got me to the bone...Drill bit was a 5/8 size bit so its a pretty nice sized hole...No stitches as it chipped the bone and if they stitch it up I can get a bone infection....
