I have no idea about relative pricing, options or trim levels, of course...

I don't see the connection between that and the fit. However the fit does have the best looking interior with the smallest gaps. That's why honda is more better and GM should give up trying to compete with them and maybe start competing with Kia.
All that being said, the Opel does have a nice looking exterior.

Yay! Another car that I like but will never see on US roads!
GM is like that guy that throws a party but only lets his neighbors drink the imported beer. His roommates get stuck drinking Natural Light.

All opels are supposed to come to the US as rebaged saturns. It's very likely you'll see that car here.

looks good! If this does come over to the US as a saturn, it would work great as their econo-car since it doesn't really look like they have one. I'm glad gm has turned saturn into the american version of opel...there finally is a gm brand that has a fresh look. well, outside of cadillac of course.

They have the Ion, if it doesn't look like an econo car it at least performs like one haha.
Wait. I have no room to talk, I drive a Protege5 lol(enguard)

The Honda fit is in the same market segment as the Opel Corsa.
