Im not really sure ? my MSP has rear deck speakers too but i dont know if they are dif size or what.

Yes. The rear deck "speakers" are just grills on the MSP.

There are no speakers in there... refer to post #6.

MSP setup is the sub, 4 mids (1 in each door), and 2 tweets up front.

Yes, I have a protege es, with speakers in the deck. To place the sub rack in my car, I will have to move the speakers from the deck to the rear doors (which currently have nothing in them). I just need to know if they are the same size (deck vs rear door) so I could just move them, or if I will have to purchase new ones.

Is it possible to fit this setup in a P5? If so what mods if any would need to be done? I am looking for a little more bass out of the stock system and since this was factory thought I would ask. And yes I do know of the factory sub for the P5 but I have read it is crap. Thanks.

I remember that someone fit this rack in a P5 - a quick search didn't turn up any prospects .... anyone? On a side note, mine's going up for sale soon as well. I want to fit the top of my GT Spec trunk cage and I'll be building a custom enclosure in the spare tire well.

hey free bump...thanks for selling this if you hadnt made this thread i never would have used my sub. I too bought i rear deck sub for my 03 LX and i was wondering why my 6x9's wouldnt fit in the rear with the sub installed, so i removed the sub. But after i read this i went rewired my rear speakers and installed new wire harness for the doors. I also installed the sub..(this was easy) thanks again!!

is it directly bolted on? I remember seeing brackets that are welded onto the msp...i dont know if reg sedans have that..
