I am wondering what is involved in removing the side moldings my 3. Are there holes that need to be filled or are they just glued on?

Nah its just adhesive and you pretty much just pull them off. Ive herd of all the adhesive coming off with the moldings but that didnt happen for me. Just play with the edge of the molding till you can grap it then pull it, pretty simple. You might hafta wash ur car after. And if all the adhesive doesnt come off with the molding just go to walmart and get some adhesive remover.

I use dental floss to get the edge of the molding off, then you just grab and peel. I also used Goo-gone to remove the left-over adhesive on the body panel. Entire process took about 20 minutes.

Good luck!

same for me, but I just waxed off the goo. Didn't want to risk damaging the paint.
