HELP: Mazda5 2006 Wheel offset question

I just got myself a 2006 mazda5, and im thinking to change the wheels either 18 or 19", but im not sure what to get, is there any body can help me on what offset should i get, and have no rubbing issue??

What offset did you end up using? 52mm?

19x8 with 45mm offset all around
225/35/19 tires all around
drop on H&R sport spring
no rubbing issue at all, with 6 passengers in the car =)
