Ok heres the deal im about to buy a mazda mp3 from my bro's old friend who moved on to college and is selling the car. it has about 55k miles on it and hes asking 7500 and i can get it for 7000. i just wanted to know some upgrades i sould get on it that arnt going to cost tons of $$ but still going to make it faster or atleast give it that sound. lol. i really dont no much at all about cars, but im starting to learn.

o yeah and its blue.

i was thinking about getting white racing rims, tinting the windows and idk what to do under the hood. it already comes with a cold air intake. which i dont know what that does i just want it to be faster.

there is no cheap way to make these cars faster. what you need is a skittle, more commonly known as an SRT-4 if all your worried is about speed and nothing else.....nothing

srt-4 are neons with turbo

You will need a turbo kit on an MP3 to make it much faster, but thats a few thousand $$. Intake, header, exhaust will only net maybe 15hp max.
