anyone have pics of a seibon cf hood on their car, or for that matter, any other kind of cf hood? there is a possibility of me getting a cf hood and im trying to determine what kind to get. here are a few links to possible hoods that im looking at:

http://store.racinglab.com/ma03prcafiho1.html (seibon again)

im looking to get the OEM style. thanks

I have the VIS Carbon hood and I love it. Just take care of it and wax a lot and it will keep the clear shinning. Price wise I think VIS is the cheapest.

Dont forget to PM CrazyCaker...his prices and quality are up there too. I ordered his OEM style one (SIMPLY LOVE THEIR CARBON TRUNK LID!!)...and it is being made this week.

Good, that is in your price range and the quality of the PPG clearcoat is amazing.

well, the real problem is described in my other thread i started:

it all depends on the estimate my body shop gives me to repair the hail damage.

fits perfect. they make quality hoods. in case you're looking at the fit with a magnifying glass and see that the fit is a bit off near the front end, its because thats an old pic (before i replaced the hood spacers). the thingie-ma-jigger on my dash was my psp amp. i used that before i got an fm transmitter. now i have an arkon psp mount and the iriver transmitter. works out real well for watching porn on the way to work.

I'm still incredibly happy with my Gemini Composites hood. I'm still getting compliments on it.

i like the hoods with vents, but i prefer the oem style hood. i just like the way it looks. compliments to all who have the hoods with vents.
