It varies.... a few people have bent rods on stock boost with just minor bolt ons added. Some poeple are running insane boost with just an EMS of some sort and have surived for over a year. I think its more about the supporting mods and the tune (being the most important). I ran 10 PSI with just CAI and was fine for several months. I stoped running that boost level cause i blew my waste gate. But i have comp tested the motor and everything is good still.

Nope, not that i can remember. The turbo does start to make a strange whirring sound after it blows though. Well at least mine did.

277 @12 psi on stock block per 505 Zoom. Forged internals capability, depends on your checkbook.
