Just got my DG carbon Fiber grill and eyelids

Just as I said I got my DG carbon fiber grill and gen II eyelids and I am not that impressed with the overall quality of the products. You see the black glue that they use to hold the mesh grill in place. It is not a exact fit, but it makes the car look good. The eyelids could have been cut better IMOP. Anyone else notice these or anything else about their products?? I am happy I got it for the GB price, I would not have paid full price for it.

Hmm I just ordered some eyelids myself (a few days ago), I'll let you how the quality is on them. I'm happy with the quality of the two interior pieces I have from them though.

With DG their quality is hit or miss. I have their gen 1 eyelids, front splitters and rear latch cover and they fit really great. I also have their carbon dash speedo/tach surround and the fit and finish of the clearcoat is not the greatest. I plan on ordering the DG carbon grill in 2 weeks, I guess we'll see how the quality fitment is.

Yeah i keep hearing that there stuff usually doesn'y fit too well. Makes me re-think about getting their hood later in the future.

Hopefully the replacement one that Amie will be sending to me will be better than the one I had received.

As for the fitment, you could try some super strength 3m double sided tape on the bottom of the grill.

As for the pricing, I got RAPEd by the UPS store when I sent the grill back to Amie...they charged me a total of $52, 33 of which was the ups ground shipping to CA...

did you or any of the other guys here get their grills yet?? I want to hear what you guys think of them?? I took pics of my car and I will post it with my VIS CF hood, DG Grill and eyelids.
