midpipe or downpipe on msp

Hey guys,
I have a mam midpipe with a highflow cat and was wondering if it would be worth it to put on an apexr1 downpipe and add a high flow cat to that, at the moment it is catless. I definetly want a cat because i live in cali. Just wondering if its worth switching it out, i have both. I would just have to add a highflow cat to the downpipe, but at the moment i have mam's midpipe on my car and it was a nice gain in power. What do you guys think?

I think you'd end up in the same spot or a few dollars less in you pocket, since you already removed the biggest exhaust restriction your set.
