My car burns a little oil sometimes? From Houston to San Antonio I might burn between a 1/4 and 1/2 a quart sometimes. Is this a problem or normal? My mods are ion fmic, injen cai, s-pipe back 3 in exhaust, light weight flywheel, and a stronger clutch. Oh yeah and I used to have a manual boost controler on but i never ran higher then 10 or 11 psi usually ran about 9psi.

have you looked inside your intercooler pipes for excessive oil?
have you noticed any performance loss?

ok, well when I get some time right after I am done with finals I will take off the intercooler and check it out and I will look at the oil return line as well. If there is oil in the inter cooler is that usually because the pcv is defective or a blown seal on the turbo? And thank you for your responses

Oil in the pipes could also come from the crankcase vent tube connected to the intake.
