Hello my name is Jason Baggie, I am the website admin. for OnlineMazdaParts.com. We are a full line Mazda and Mazdaspeed dealer.

Our policies:

SHIPPING:
Free shipping within the US (except HI and AK)on all orders over 100.00. Oversize, HI and AK and outside of the US orders are a case by case.

On orders under 100.00 frieght is as follows:
US Postal service- Variable but not to exceed 5.00
UPS- 7.50 flat fee on any order

The website is defaulted to reflect free shipping but have the knowledge that if your order is under 100.00 you will be charged a shipping charge.

I do ship anywhere as long as it can go USPS. All outside purchases are responsable for the 100% of the shipping costs. I do promise to find the fastest yet most affordable way, usually USPS 4-10 day service.

PRICING:
Our parts discount is generally a flat 20% off MSRP somethings like engines, transmissions and some convertors do not fall in this rule. Those will be a case by case pricing.

As far as body parts go. Most are going to be oversized and depending on their size will be shipped either UPS or Yellow frieght.

I can pre-paint bumpers for a 175.00 charge. I can also pre-paint other items but they will be a case by case situation.

Ordering times:
Most of the time if an item has to be ordered it will take 2-5 days for me to get it from Mazda, it all depends on the day and time that you order the item, then I will ship the item or items to you. I ship all items ordered at one time.

Hours of operation or in other words, the hours that I work:
Mon-Wed and Thurs- 7:30am to 6pm EST
Tues and Fri- 7:30am to @5:15pm EST
I do come in on Sat for about 3 hrs but there is no true schedule being that we are actually closed.

If I missed anything please don't hesitate to ask. I do my best to have a response time of under 30min but usually it will be less than that.

I look forward to hearing from you,
JMBaggie

I strive to have the best customer service possible with the fairest pricing possible.

Werd. welcome to the forum.
So do you carry hard to find parts? 2nd Gen parts? aftermarket parts?
I am a Mazda dealer so I can get any Mazda part still offered by Mazda accessory and OE.

As for aftermarket accessories I will be starting to carry select items that I know are quality units made by known and respected manufactuers.

WHen you go to the website on the home page you will see a box marked "search by factory part#" type in the part# you have and the rest is point and click. Be sure to log into the website before creating your cart otherwise you will loose your cart.

If you have any problems just give me a call at 704-563-1510 ext141

Does it take some time for an order to show up, or do I in fact not have one? Account is under Michael Green. Please let me know about this, I just don't want to order two of them.

I just placed the order again, this time I got the review screen and a confirmation number (as well as an e-mail). Hopefully that means it was successful. Just please make sure that you don't send me two air dams!!

No inconvenience, we are all learning and I just want to make sure others can benefit from my experience. Seems it is best to create the account first separately, and then order your parts (first time I did it by placing the order and then setting up the account).

Based upon what I have seen so far, your firm is going to do well on here. Great communication and service. Everyone spread the word!

Thanks. I will be putting my car into the body shop soon to get some damage repaired so I won't need the air dam painted. I already have the rest of the factory body kit, I am going to have it all painted at the same time so things match.

I own nothing but Mazdas, so if this transaction continues smoothly you will definitely be getting more business from me.

And it's Free Shipping on anything over $100?

So for an MSP fender...

It would be $176 shipped?

All parts listed on the website are brand new unless otherwise stated. All parts listed are Mazda parts and Accessories unless otherwise stated.

All orders of over 100.00 are free shipping unless the item is oversized and or heavywheight or being shipped outside the US. HI and AK are also case by case freight.

As for the fender in question that would be free shipping.

Any one know the part numbers for the locking nuts in the transmission, and the oil seals on the differential? The differential is from a MSP, if it matters.

This P/N must be worng, I bought new 2.0l coils form my local dealership and they were like 23-26 bucks. They tried to give me a differnt P/N but they found the correct one. I will see if I still have the boxes to give you the correct one.

I do love the site though, you beat everyone else's price and I will be ording some tranny parts from you very shortly!

Did you need the coils or just the spark plug boots on the bottom of the coils, because the boots are only @25.00ea.

Just received my front air dam, and wanted to post to let everyone know my experience. I ordered the part last week. Late in the week Jason called to tell me the first air dam they received from Mazda had been returned from another dealer, so they opened it to check on things and found it was not a complete kit. They went ahead and ordered another one for me. I received notification of shipping on Monday and got the part today. Not only was everything in order, but they included a very nice 2006 Mazdaspeed calendar as well.

This was one of the best experiences in buying online that I have had. Jason goes the extra mile and then some. The calendar was an especially nice touch. Thanks Jason. You will definitely be getting more of my business.

I have a Mazda Persona 2.0 manufactured in 1988 which is unique in Cyprus and the official dealer in Cyprus did not provide it so he has no information for this model.
can u help me to find parts of it or to buy a same and bring it in cyprus as parts and not as a registered one?

bagman1

All I can probably help you with are engine and trans parts and the possibility that some these items are a little different is high.

If you have a carburated engine look up your engine parts as a 87 B2000 truck and your trans misson stuff as a 86 626. If yours is an EFI look all your parts up as a 86 626. These should be as close to identical to your components as I can get.

I hope this helped,

Hello bagman Unfortunately I have a small issue. I ordered a rear windshield wiper motor online last week. But when I checked the order status today it is non-existent. I thought everything was cool but a day after I ordered it my computer blew up (psu fried itself) so I can't retrieve any information from it and I finally got a new computer yesterday.

Basically i am asking if I have an order on record or shall I order another one

If you have continued issue please give me a call or PM me your phone # and I will call you. If you do not get a confirmation # your order didn't go through.

I do ship to Canada. I use US Postal Service for shipment. On these items the quotes that I am going to give you are skewed to the high side.

Liner- @24.00
Net- @15.00
AWM- @35.00

If these items can be packaged together it will probably save on the freight, but if shipped seperately the pricing quoted is a good estimate.

Can you tell me what I would need to install defrosting mirrors on my US-Spec 2006 Mazda3-GT Sedan? It's my understanding that the wiring is all there - you just need the proper mirror. Once installed - they would defrost when the rear defroster is activated.

Looking at your site, I can find the glass: Exterior Glass with Defroster (http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getLocator&siteid=214264&chapter=ARH5417&appSectionid=2732&groupid=2740&subgroupid=2581&componentid=2413&make=22&model=3&year=2006&catalogid=2) and I can find something under "Mirror Assembly" (no price listed though): Mirror Assy with Defroster (http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getLocator&siteid=214264&chapter=ARH5417&appSectionid=2732&groupid=2740&subgroupid=3455&componentid=4432&make=22&model=3&year=2006&catalogid=2)

Would I just need to replace the glass in my existing assembly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On another note, you still might be able to help me out. What kind of price am I looking at for a replacement radiator support for the 2000 Protege sedan? I don't have the part # with me right now, but can get it if you need it. A body shop I went to wants to charge me 513.00 for the piece(s) plus install. Thanks.

If you order the weatherstrip assy all the clips come with.

#8 is the hood seal.

The weatherstrip seals the hood to the grill and HL's. The seal seals the hood to the radiator support.

Only you can answer the do I need both thing, all I can say is that Mazda thought you did when they built the car. I am not trying to be a smartass I am just saying that sometimes Mazda over does it on the amount of crap they put on a new car. I really don't now what the inner seal is there for.

Sorry for the slow reponse, been slammed.

As for the cross member bolt, are we talking about the front to back cross member or the left to right cross member.

On the exhaust I am showing it to be a stud and nut not a bolt and nut. I am looking at the connection before the lower converter, correct.

As for the crossmember, its on the front suspension, that goes from the left front tire to the right front tire, just need one bolt for it since one is missing.
Also I just realized it is a stud and nut for the exhuast. I have an aftermarket midpipe that came with the bolts. Anyways could I have the nut and would you know the stud length and thread size, because finding another bolt that is kinda like the stud is hard to find.

As for the stud I don't have any sizing info on that. Also the OE stud and nut system on that was a spring stud set-up do to the fact that the OE exhaust doesn't have a flex pipe in the system so Mazda used spring studs to do the job of the flex pipe.

Sorry this apparently got lost in a see of posts or I am just blind as a bat, probably the later.

The only colors available to me on the pillar trims is beige or grey. For the scuff plates they do offer Off-Black (dark graphite). Fronts are website price of 11.00ea and the rears are 8.20ea.

Once again sorry for not seeing this sooner,

I'm looking for the black plastic peice on the intake manifold that has a connector for a 6 wire connector. I believe it's either the egr boost sensor, or egr boost sensor selenoid. This is for an 03 p5. HELP!

Is it possible for you to post a picture of the item? If not, I will post a IPB of the emission system in the morning so that maybe you can spot it.

I'll see if I can get someone to take a pic. Obviously since I don't have it I can't take one on my car. I'll see if I can get a fellow NEPOCer to snap something.

I don't see it in either pic. It sits directly below the TB, it's black plastic and has a connector for a 6 wire plug. I wish I could get a pic.
