i'm just about to go outside, take off my bumper, take the headlight housings off, and put my DDEs in, and the HOW TO is gone. can anyone help me out with a quick step-by-step?

Isn't that the default for the how-to forum?

There should really be a how-to section for each generation though, as 99% of the things in the how-to are 3rd gen protege specific.
