Not sure what it is?!

Hi guys,
I recently purchased an 06 Mazda 3 in the Snowflake white, I love the colour but i'm noticing orange rust like specs all over the car. Someone told me it was something called railrash but others are saying its not. Has anyone had the same problem? How do i get rid of it?

Yeah, it's probably just crap from shipping. Take it back to the dealer and have them fix it.
