18x8 too big for an MSP?

Im looking into getting a set of rota P45's and was wondering if 18x8 would be too big and wide? i dont know if 8" wide would rub and i dont know if theyd rub becasue theyre 18s

rx8 wheels fit get their offset and yes u can put 18x8

I think the offset you want for a 18x8 rim is 50. I am looking at putting some Altima SE-R rims on my msp, and those are 18x8 50mm offset. Only question I have is the tire. The correct tire size for 18's on are car is 215/40/18. Is that correct??
