I own a 2001 Mazda milenia premium and bought it used with 42k on it. I love the car but it shifts wierd a low rpms its like its confused what gear its in. I have read other places that this is common thing. Has Mazda offered something for this problem in the transmisson. For instance a upgraded throttle body. Any advice on this would be greatly apprieciated.

Common problem on Milenia's. My brother owns a 1999 milenia. He has used Lucas transmission fluid in the past to cure his problem (dunno).

He also uses lots of carb and choke cleaner, the parts on the milenia seem to get clogged very easily. He always says that everytime he cleans the EGR the car runs smoother after all the black gunk comes out. I hope this helps you (dunno).
