Well my car started souding horrible and a lot of rattling. Thought a pipe for the exhaust might have broke. Plus my exhaust tip was cracking pretty bad (2003.5 oval tip).

Brought the car to Gunther Mazda in Ft. Lauderdal (where I bought my car from). I love this dealership they never give me any headaches and always keep you informed on the status of the car, plus there loaner program is soooo easy. They have enterprise on property to provide a car (no cost).

Well enterprise gave me a 2006 dodge dakota v8 4x4 quad cab. It actually drove pretty good, for a truck. I dropped the car off on Friday 3/24 and just picked it up today.

After driving the dodge for a few days and picking up my car I realize how much I really love my car. From the interior, handling, even accelaration.

They fixed everything and I had them do the nitro fill. I dont know if it is in my head but the car feels more nimble, easier to handle. They replaced my exhaust with some other one (they asked me first). At first i though they were going to put the 03 exhaust on it (round tip). But the whole thing looks different will post pics to this thread as soon as i get them. Turns out that my 02 sensor was bad they said so they replaced that also.

Well thats my little story......

Nice to know you took the time to drive up from Miami. I saw your car in the back a couple times.

My rattling was almost directly under the shifter (at least that is what it felt like). They said a bad o2 sensor. I know it is not rattling anymore.

Actually everything was covered by warranty, did not cost me a dime accept insurance on the loaner.

It sounded strange to me also, as I thought the welds might have busted but the service advisor said it was the o2 sensor.

I'm glad to hear about a great dealership experience, too bad it's so far away.

Next time you're in the area, I've got some $50 off coupons for Paintless Dent Removal, but that's about it. Depends on how bad the dents are, but the guy on sight might be able to do it on the cheap.

I love that dealership, best experience.

A little story:

Three years ago I had a Mazda 6 (first year) I was being raped in monthly payments. I wanted to get rid of it and pick up a msp and protege 5. I was upside down on the 6, but was gonna come out of pocket to make up the difference. I live in Miami and no dealer would help me, my mother was gonna co sign and her credit is amazing. Still no dealer would help. Emailed Gunther, and the internet manager took care of everything. Went up there and within a few hours drove back to miami in my 2 new cars.

They know how to treat a customer and they do an amazing job each and everytime.

That's a similar story to how I ended up working there. Who was the 'net manager at the time? Mark?

Not just an MSP dealer story, I think this is a Mazda good dealer story. I hate my local dealer, and the one I bought my 2 Mazdas from has a scary service department. If for some reason, I need warranty repair, it looks like I will have a long road trip to a good dealer.
