the O2 sensor needs to be extended, everything is provided w/ the exhaust.

The exhaust sounds really good, I mean really good, has a deep tone to it.

It really pulls a lot harder up top, you will really feel a difference.

What other mods do you have?

Check with Sam at Crossover. He figured out a way to re-route the 02 sensor wires so they don't have to be cut and extended. I got mine a couple of months ago from him and so far I'm happy with it. Nice gains too. I picked up 26 whp with a CAI, better SMIC and the Vibrant. Probably 10-15 hp from the Vibrant alone, but no way to know for sure on mine. PM me before you start the install and I can give you some tips.

*edit* And you'll be happy with the sound. To my ears it's not quiet, even with the silencer installed. I keep my silencer in all the time. It does have a nice, deep tone to it. Not fart-can riceboy noise.

soundclips/vids are there. listed under "ETD racing exhaust" as that's how the vibrant exhaust started.

ah, so does it get placed in the same spot... or jus in a different position...

Dr.Sound

well, it is further than the stock location....so yu will have to pull the harness out through the top of your engine bay, and then just route it behind the motor closer to the firewall.

i ordered my vibrant exhaust from Sam at ************* and it did come with a silencer. i was under the impression that it did not so i didnt pay any attention to inside the tip when i installed it. i was like WTF its not loud at all...then i figured the silencer was in it and it was.

^ not true.
u dont get R&D when u go custom.
and it is VERY hard to find a shop that can do a good job from the first try.

true, i've heard good and bad things about custom. basically all i'm getting done custom is a catback and I want to have them make it like the apexr1 catback that goes under the axle. i hope they don't fuck anything up

Just curious, why do you want it to go under the axle? It seems like that would just give you less ground clearance.

not to worried about ground clearance because my car sits slightly higher than stock with tein s-tech springs. i also like the style

Ah, I see. I did not know that the s-tech springs actually raised the car.
