Just ranting about my headlights..

So my replacement headlight eyebrows came in today and im having them painted friday to match black mica (thumb) however, the reason i need new headlight eyebrows is the passenger side one got smashed when i got in my accident last october along with the hood, bumper, grill, fender, etc....

well, i didnt even notice until a few days ago that my passenger side (the new one) headlight is chrome inlay vs the factory flat black inlay on the drivers side oe headlight. wonder where they got one exactly the same but in chrome.

now im just pissed cuz i cant put my eyebrows back on till i get the correct headlight they ordered, lol

that sucks. you could always crack both headlights open and paint them both yourself.

personaly even if i was going to paint the headlights id make the bodyshop get the right one since they were dickheaded enough to put on the wrong headlight and act like it was all good.

exactly my thoughts even though they did a pretty damn good job everywhere else except the color of the headlight lol.

i would have to assume $215 is less than buying 1 oe headlight assembly if they cant find the oe color from this refurb place the bodyshop goes through

I have two passenger head light assemblies for the MSP I need to get rid of. They are used, but not damaged at all so lemme know if you want one of them.

the body shop just called me and said they have the new correct headlight in so im goin there on my lunch hour to have them put it on.
